This policy explains what information Blue House Digital, LLC ("Blue House," "we," "us") collects through bluehousedigital.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

• What you tell us. When you fill in a form, we collect your name, work email, company and anything else you choose to share, such as your website, role or a note about your project.
• How you use the site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how people arrive and which forms are submitted. It uses cookies and collects device, browser and approximate location data. We don't use it to identify you personally.
• Form and marketing tools. Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship tool. HubSpot may set a cookie so we can connect your form submission to your visits on this site.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them. Turnstile processes limited technical signals for this purpose only.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule an intro call and send the follow-up you asked for.
• To understand how the site performs and improve it.
• To keep the site and forms secure and free of spam.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting and security), HubSpot (forms and contact records), Google (analytics and email) and similar providers bound to protect it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable expectation of one, and analytics data according to Google Analytics retention settings. Ask us and we'll delete your contact details.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We'll honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
